Semi-Automatic Bulk Bag Filling Machine

The BBF 3 Series of Bulk Bag Filling machines are highly versatile and ideal for packaging dry granular, flaked, or powdered materials. These models offer hang or net weighing for high-speed and accurate filling of bags.

The BBF Series is designed so that an operator can complete the entire filling process from a single location. The bag loop supports and filling head are mounted on a sliding carriage for quick and easy loading, reducing unnecessary stretching. Once the bag is secured, it is returned to the filling position, and filling can commence.

During the filling process, material from the upstream process is delivered in fast and dribble feed modes until the target weight is reached. Meanwhile, an automatic pallet dispenser and accumulation conveyors collect the filled bag and deliver it, ready for removal by a forklift truck.
